Does anyone know anything about this film? I remember watching it on TV late at night probably about 30 years ago and maybe on Channel 4.

It's also known as Quackers and Coming Attraction and was released in 1980.

I see Tom Baker is in it but not the Tom Baker.
It would have been on Channel 4 definitely.
