To be fair to Geoffrey Boycott, he's been a consistently horrible human being for his entire life.

and a Yorkshireman.

Hey!

Some of these school-lunch packages being sent out are a disgrace.
Imagine being the kind of c**t who goes "Mm, hungry kids. There's a few bob in this".

Yes, and typical money grabbing f**kers making a fast buck out of misery. I see the major supplier (the one highlighted in the news) is now backtracking and pleading innocence.

Lying scum-bag bastards, they should be made to stick £1,000,000 into the kitty to resolve the problem.

Always been the same. The level of scamming during the Blitz was shocking apparently.

And there you go, I always thought Private Walker was up to no good.

As usual, all is not what it seems.
Shit stirring with misinformation again.

This is the one I saw on the Beeb this morning, which the mother said was £30 and meant to last 10 days for her son. She has since recanted and agreed that it was one week's school supply. Nonetheless it is gross overcharging.

You would hope there were hefty penalties for such exploits, but I never read about them. The whole furlough affair is being badly exploited left right and center due to poorly defined rules and controls.

Certainly not - what do you take me for?
I just knew the if I linked to the piece in The Guardian the old "Leftie" alarm would be triggered.
