RIP Geoffrey Palmer. He played some fantastic roles over the years like in As Time Goes By, Reggie Perrin and Butterflies. A fantastic actor, a sad day.

Yeah he was a great straight man for sitcom, or as in TFARORP and FSA a slightly odd eccentric. Very dry. RIP

Oh dear, they're dropping like flies at the moment. So sad with yet another proper star gone.
