Alleged comedy but to me it was more a light-hearted romp set on an Irish island and starring three old actresses (all over 65 when this was made and one lived to 103!) and Stanley Holloway (69) jarringly trying to do an indifferent Irish/American accent.

So-so, and not really my cup of tea, but was interesting to see Liz Fraser at the start for about 10 seconds and Richard Harris in what looks like his first film.
