If they had have done, I might have bought a bauble or two off them for speaking my language.

"Understand" how I feel - Really? And thank me for my "understanding" - did I?
Not according to the mouthful I gave them, and who ARE these wankers who are buying/planning their Christmas NOW - GET A LIFE PEOPLE. ENJOY THE MOMENT!

To be fair to these guys, Christmas is their business. I know it seems early to us, but to these guys it's their sole focus. They need to get people spending or they lose money and people lose jobs. I admire their hustle!

Yes, but I'm saying that's their business, how they make a living. I don't begrudge them that!

And I'll take a pass on the Easter eggs, thanks. Pleased

There are shops around the country that sell Christmas decorations and other Christmas items all year round. There's been one in Lechlade, Gloucestershire for many years and I came across one in Sidmouth only last week. There used to be one opposite London Bridge Station but that appeared to have gone last time I was up that way.

I saw Roy Wood on November 1st last year and he sang I wish it could be Christmas everyday.

I saw Roy Wood on November 1st last year and he sang I wish it could be Christmas every day.

Given the title, it's entirely reasonable for someone to sing that song on any (or indeed every) day of the year, isn't it?

Somebody should have shot the swine. But zooo won't agree.

I will start getting excited about Christmas on approximately the 31st of August.

To be fair most insomniacs are never more than 3 sleeps away from Christmas.

But narcoleptics are 3000 sleeps away.
