Yes. 
If they return to see this - remember to always type posts out in something like notepad and save it so if it doesn't post correctly you have it backed up to copy and try again. Never assume it will update with a good internet connection because there is a lot inbetween like the DNS and routing. Especially important to save progress with long posts and what device are you using because you can create a post in the Site Feedback thread and a team of eggheads will try to help fix it. It could be any number of things and knowing the error when the page times out will help narrow it down.
