I think the problems, if any, are all about how the situation gets started - would the son, having noticed that his dad is unwashed, actually progress to sponging his private parts? Once you're over that, the rest of it works well - the dad immediately lapsing back into a coma as soon as the son stops, the awkwardness of their relationship with each other, the dad starting to want to move in, the gradual increase of double-entendres... I particularly like the way it finishes, with the son legging it, the dad evidently back in his coma, the nurse just starting to wonder what's been going on.
