Seven Of One

I'm rather surprised to see that there is not thread for this so I'm creating one now.

I've ordered the DVD a few weeks ago and finished it yesterday.
I was amazed to see how good these episodes are (apart from the two obvious ones I already knew, Porridge and OAH). I would have loved to see My Old Man (with Ronnie Barker) and I'll Fly You being developed into full sitcoms. Only the Laurel & Hardy one felt more like an extended sketch.

I really love Another Fine Mess. Some great episodes in this run.

Ronnie Barker wrote One Man's Meat under the name Jack Goetz.

That's the episode with the great Prunella Scales.

;) Def' clique thread!

As you know I got this for 20p in a charity shop a couple of weeks ago.

Taking my time over it and just watched Spanner's Eleven. Very good in places but was there an explanation for their win?

I suppose that there is a limit to a football sitcom.

I watched My Old Man last week and this could've been a goer.

From what I remember the explanation was that he brought his patients to the match from the clinic and told the other team it was last week's team and Ronnie B team won because the other team didn't want to end up like the patients or the supposed last week's team.

My Old Man was made into a series but with a different cast.

That drone following you has nothing to with us. People can't automatically know what you buy, Chaps.
