About 5/6 years ago there was a poster who had made a series of animation shorts using lollipop stick police officers. The catchphrase of the DI was "It's a conspiracy". I've tried searching but can't find them, anyone help?

Someone must remember? They were very well made and funny, It's driving me nuts.
