I'd agree with others that the half hour series were better. However, I have laughed a few times this series (perhaps in one episode come to think of it). I don't normally like replacements, but I quite like the new Garveys. But then Eddie (Bobby Knutt) is quite local and I have a thing for Sheron ( Julie Graham). Maybe it's my age.

But the Garveys are so unreplaceable. (I'll try to watch the new series someday anyway....maybe)
