Just feed the names of SitComs you like into IMDB - it usually gives you the name of the ProdCo.

There's this one on this site: https://www.comedy.co.uk/company/ ..but it's a bit unwieldy.

They all take on "new" writers, that's how the system is replenished. But most of them do not take on inexperienced writers. Get experience, get an agent I'm afraid.
