Just listened to the Sean Hughes episode, the first time that I've listened to this podcast, I really enjoyed it. As an Irishman, I now feel a little bit guilty for my new found respect for Sean Hughes, sadly he's been a bit of a forgotten talent in my comedy experience of recent times.
Must listen back to a couple of the older episodes now that peak my interest.

I'd have to agree with Nogget's ^ point regarding the sound, it defies the logic of my ipods volume control.

Have you tried listening with headphones? My computer speakers can make it sound quiet, but through headphones it's as loud as anything.

Nice to hear Sean Hughes again.
I wonder how his new stand up compares to his old stuff?

He sounded a bit serious & middle agedly opinionated.
But then the BCG podcast isn't meant to be a "Funny" podcast as such
And it's all the better for it IMO.
