There are some people not equipped to look after children. Or after pets. They have both. Though the film is apparently from another country, far, far away, we have our own horrors; recently, another child was killed by a 'family' dog.
While we are remembering- dog licences! Bring 'em back. And may be kid licences too. (not goats, I mean).
