Curious on submitting jokes/sketch ideas

So I've had a few ideas for comedy sketches that I've been developing in my head for a while now. I'm quite pleased with some and have only revealed them to people I trust not to run off or make them too public. Question is, what can I actually do to make these more than ideas? I've thought about filming some with friends and putting them online but few of my friends would be in for that, so I assume my only option would be to submit them to an actual show. How would I go about that and would I lose creative control on a sketch if its accepted?

At this stage in the game be glad to lose control get a credit and paid

3 main routes.

Find the producers of shows you like and send them nice emails
Hone your stuff till open access oppos come up and be ready
Find web series or indie directors looking for scripts, look hard
in

And be cheeky, the best filmed stuff I've got came from slating a. Well produced show with bad scripts and offering to write them better ones

If they're only in your head write them down. You will have no "creative control" if someone pays you for something. The producer is your boss not your friend.He/she will pay for the right to use something. You may find yourself with a co-writer who you've never met.
It's a business if you accept payment.

You mean we can get paid for this nonsense? :)
