This joyous British-made comedy shot on location in Valencia, Spain, follows Paco, a 12-year-old boy working in a Valencia bank as a runner. He decides to 'borrow' money from the bank in order to pay the repair bill on his father's taxicab so that he can make some money during the annual festival. Soon, a bank clerk realises that they are missing about a million pesetas. Before Paco can reach his father he is chased all over town by not only the bank, eager to get it back, but a group of local mobsters who are after Paco's new fortune...
