Perfect Friday

Two disc box set including both DVD and Blu-ray copies of the film.

Directed by Sir Peter Hall and featuring cool tunes by Johnny Dankworth, this sexy, mischievous early '70s crime caper stars the always-watchable Stanley Baker as a bank manager who teams up with a glamorous, aristocratic couple (David Warner and Ursula Andress) to pull off the ultimate inside job. Perfect Friday is featured here in a brand new transfer from original film elements in its as-exhibited theatrical aspect ratio.

Lord Nicholas Dorset and his beautiful wife Britt live entirely beyond their means, while their timid bank manager Mr Graham has long envied his customers' wealth. Having devised an apparently fool proof plan to rob his own bank, Mr Graham decides that Nicholas and Britt's desperate financial situation makes them his ideal accomplices...

First released: Sunday 16th June 2013

Not in the UK?

Fear not! Many items can still be ordered. Amazon in the UK delivers to many international territories, whilst their Australia, USA and Canada stores also supply many equivalent or imported items.

If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links.

If you order from a UK store, please note that the UK is in Region 2 and B, respectively, for DVDs and Blu-rays - check your player's compatibility, or look for multi-region products if you are located in another region.

If you are in Australia or New Zealand (DVD Region 4), note that almost all DVDs distributed in the UK by the BBC and 2entertain are encoded for both Region 2 and Region 4. The UK and Australasia are in the same Blu-ray region (B).
