Set at the dawn of time, when prehistoric creatures and woolly mammoths roamed the earth, Early Man tells the story of how plucky caveman Dug (voiced by Eddie Redmayne), along with sidekick Hognob, unites his tribe against the mighty Bronze Age in a battle to beat them at their own game. It will be in cinemas on the 26th January 2018.

It has also been announced that a host of British comedy talent will be joining Eddie Redmayne, Tom Hiddleston and Maisie Williams. Timothy Spall will play Chief Bobnar, with the tribe made up of Richard Ayoade (Teebor), Selina Griffiths (Magma), Johnny Vegas (Asbo), Mark Williams (Barry), Gina Yashere (Gravelle) and Simon Greenall (Eemak).
