Comedian, actor, folk singer and TV presenter Jasper Carrott first came to national attention in 1975 with his top five double-A-side hit single, Funky Moped/Magic Roundabout.

Thirty-five years on, he remains one of Britain's best-loved comic performers. The classic 1960s British comedy series about a middle aged man and his elderly father who run an unsuccessful 'rag and bone' business. Harold (the son) wants to better himself but his father always seems to ruin things, sometimes accidentally and other times deliberately.

Very happy to see this release. Steptoe and Son was - and remains - one of the greatest British sitcoms ever produced. Constantly funny stuff from the inimitable Galton and Simpson.

Are You Being Served? - The Complete Package (DVD)

Are You Being Served? was broadcast for 13 years, from 1972 to 1985. It was set in the department store, Grace Brothers and was written mainly by Jeremy Lloyd and David Croft.

The idea for the show came from Lloyd's brief period working at Simpson's of Piccadilly in the early 1950s, a clothing store that traded for over 60 years until 1999.

Now you can buy all 10 series, including the Christmas specials - although sadly not spin-off Grave & Favour - in this one complete package.

Reg Varney stars as jack-the-lad Stan Butler and Bob Grant as clippie Jack Harper, employees whose unwavering objective was to get through the day with the minimum of work and the maximum ogling of birds.
