Rich's newfound vanity for expensive footwear means he is in agony as his new boots have rubbed against his feet and he's bleeding into his socks. His guest Shappi Khorsandi is also somewhat crooked by a muscle injury in her leg. And neither of them have had enough sleep and so they're being very indiscrete and talking nonsense.
