It's Not Cricket
Reprising their much-loved roles as the Charters & Caldicott characters from Alfred Hitchcock's 1938 comedy-thriller The Lady Vanishes, 1949's Gainsborough picture It's Not Cricket sees Basil Radford and Naunton Wayne become Bright and Early, private detectives on the trail of a stolen diamond and the escaped Nazi criminal they unwittingly helped leave Germany at the end of the war. Also starring Susan Shaw, Maurice Denham and Nigel Buchanan, it was produced by film legend Betty E.
