Want to perform on The Newsnight Referendum Revue?

The Newsnight Referendum Revue

The BBC's daily news review programme Newsnight is looking for performances that address the issue of Scottish independence and the future of the UK.

Stand-up, sketches, mini-musicals, songs, poetry or dance - if you've been inspired by the Yes / No debate then the programme's producers want to hear from you.

Their favourite acts will have the chance to perform live before a judging panel on the Newsnight Edinburgh Fringe Special on Thursday 21st August.

Producers are asking for video submissions, of up to 60 seconds, based on your Scottish referendum material.

Their favourite entries will have the chance to perform a longer version of their material on the live edition of Newsnight, broadcast from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe on Thursday 21 August 2014, in front of a panel of judges, with one act crowned winner.

So, to remind you of the criteria, your videos should be:

- On the subject of Scotland's independence and the UK's future

- No longer than 60 seconds

- All your own work

- Uploaded or emailed by Sunday 6 July 2014

You can upload your videos here, and it is asked that 'Newsnight' be noted in the form's subject field. Alternatively, Vine videos can be linked to via an email, also titled 'Newsnight', sent to yourpics@bbc.co.uk
