Twenty Twelve - Series 2

The award-winning spoof fly on the wall comedy series returns with the Olympics Deliverance Committee facing more logistical confusion.

With the London Olympics drawing ever closer, the challenges for the team at the Olympic Deliverance Commission are becoming increasingly critical. For a start there's the Algerian team threatening to boycott the Games after discovering that the Shared Belief Centre does not face Mecca.

Then there's the challenge of finding a way of presenting the future of the Olympic Stadium post Games as something other than a complete shambles. They also need to work out exactly how to get the Olympic Torch Relay Route to go through Shropshire, how best to market "Jubilympics" as a joint branding venture between the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics, and what to do when it's discovered that the Opening Ceremony fireworks may automatically trigger all the ground to air missiles that have been put in place for security. Fortunately Head of Deliverance Ian Fletcher regards all problems as solutions waiting to happen. So that's all good then.
