This E4 pilot sees Humphrey Ker playing the role of a put upon estate agent who spends a day showing a variety of potential tenants around a flat that he has no idea how to rent.

Nico Tatarowicz plays all the different characters that view the flat including a cockney wide boy obsessed with dog-fighting, a man on an oxygen tank who hasn't long to go, and a creep who asks too many questions about the local girls' school.

Our Review: An absorbing pilot which we'd love to see extended to a full series. The interesting characters were performed with style - we enjoyed every moment of it.
