They say you should always try to conquer your fears by confronting them head on and Denis Ailing is doing just that by applying for a job in sales. He is totally unsuited to the competitive world of selling but manages to secure a job at Cookham's Cures. All he has to do now is learn not to be so honest - perhaps he could take a few lessons from the ultra-smooth Glenn Harris who seems to have everybody in the office eating out of his hand.
