Graeme Rooney, Paul Charlton and Kevin O'Loughlin are The Ginge, The Geordie and The Geek.

Bringing a fresh surreal twist to the comedy world, The Ginge, The Geordie And The Geek is a new BBC sketch show.

The show will contain a brand new collection of mad and hilarious comedy creations, but past Three Gs material has covered topics including sexually confused speed dating, gay vegetarian lions, an adulterous Yeti caught out on Skype, a cow that wants its milk back, a psychopathic lollipop man, and a 'stoned' man who can talk to his furniture.

The trio say: "After four years of hard work, millions of dodgy props, a swimming pool of sweat, and hours in the rehearsal room, we've been given an amazing opportunity to bring our comedy to a wider audience. We are proud to be working with Yalli Productions and the BBC. We feel particularly excited to be working alongside [director] Mandie Fletcher, who is not only a comedy industry legend, but also someone who can cope with the Ginge, Geordie, Geek madness".

Kristian Smith, Executive Producer for BBC, adds: "It is great news to bring this talented trio with their individual and imaginative sense of humour to television screens. They are already very popular on the live comedy circuit and many of the characters the group performed in their recent highly acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe shows will be seen on television, alongside an array of brand new comedy creations."

Robert Gray, Executive Producer for Yalli, adds: "It's fantastic news that BBC viewers will get to know their hilarious collection of lovable rogues, furry misfits, angry trolls and criminal seagulls. Their sideways take on life is truly unique and of course very funny."
