The Fun Police is a new sitcom pilot that follows the trials and tribulations of a less than competent health and safety team.

With the last boss hospitalised by an accident in the workplace, a new boss steps up, but he has some questionable management skills.

Set in the world of the fictitious Brightsea Council's Health and Safety department, The Fun Police is a big, fun, knockabout comedy.

Our Review: Sometimes Comedy Showcase pops up with a show that stands out as a great contender to go to series, and this is it. The Fun Police is a wonderfully funny, big, knockabout studio sitcom that's packed with laughs.

However, The Fun Police won't appeal to all - if you've no time for something that shies away from pinpoint realism in favour if the unashamedly silly and funny, then stay away.

Lead characters Neil and Leslie (Jack Doolan and Rhys Darby) are the most interesting of the group, with notable support from Kerry Howard as the office temp. Definitely one to watch.
