Margaret is scared several times, Bernie receives a written warning for breaking the photocopier and Nan mistakes Charles Bronson for Charles Manson.

The easily scared woman opens birthday cards from her friends. One of the cards contains a fold up of a naked man and as it pops out, she screams scared.

At the information point a woman stops by who has lost her mother. The agent mistakenly thinks the mother passed away. The woman wants to make an announcement to find her again.

Bernie enters the office of her boss. The photo copier is broken now and only print enlargements of Bernie's bottom, which she copied as a birthday joke - "for the crack". There's also a complaint because Bernie has insulted an overweight patient with the word "Titanic".

At the office, the easily scared woman is screaming again when she finds a note on her computer screen, telling her to call Julie.

Nan welcomes her grandson again. She's happy that that he came over. Then they discuss Jean, but Nan didn't see her. It turns out she did see her and told her she got fat - in addition, she told her that Jamie said her husband looks like Charles Manson (a famous mass murderer). She misunderstood him, because he actually said that her husband looks like Charles Bronson.

At the information desk, a customer complains a store has already closed. The ideas the agent presents are not very helpful.

In the bedroom, Paul and Sam argue over what happened today: the mail was on the floor when she came home. Her catalogue finally arrived. She called the post office later on, but she barely got pass the recorded welcome message.

A couple is looking at a house. The estate agent doesn't really like the house and makes her client feel quite unwelcome.

Lauren is not bovvered that she ain't invited to a party. Her friend tries to defend her, but Ryan just doesn't want to invite her.

Elaine works in a bakery: she wants to get married to some bloke in the US who she's only just met over the internet so far. Turns out, the guy is in Texas on death row. Jeremiah Wainwright III - or "the cleaver" - is a cold blooded serial killer. She thinks the others just don't know him and she holds onto him.

At the information desk a guy complains that they need to replace some windows. She mistakenly thinks he wants a professional hit man.

Nan and her grandson Jamie discuss that he didn't forget to bring what she wanted. He takes off and leaves her on her own.

The easily scared woman is scared by the 'bing' of her microwave.

Elaine Figgis is about to leave for the US.
