As a parliamentary candidate has agreed to be guest of honour at Frank and Betty's dance partner, Mr. Quincey's next fundraising dinner, Frank has been put in the first reserve position as Mr. Quincey feels that he will only cause a catastrophe. The situation changes however, when Mr. Quincey is injured in an accident and Frank dances on the night, and gives everyone a performance to remember.
