Shortly after what would have been his 100th birthday (5th April), BBC Two looks back at the life and work of laid-back actor John Le Mesurier, star of Dad's Army, and one-time husband of Hattie Jacques.
Before slipping into a coma, his final words are reported to have been "It's all been rather lovely..."
