Colin, the wayward son of an ex-senior partner, joins the firm and throws the office into chaos when he accidentally kills an aged benefactor with a paper-knife.

2. Whodunnit?

First Broadcast: Tue 19th September 1995

When a photocopy of a naked bottom finds its way into an important client's mail, office manager Bob is given the task of tracing the culprit. Meanwhile senior solicitor Stella continues her mid-life crisis when she is caught drink driving.

3. Dick's House Of Horror

First Broadcast: Tue 26th September 1995

Dick is about to move house when it comes to light that his new home is liable to subside into the garden at any moment - but should he be told? Meanwhile, Bob only has eyes for the sandwich lady from Mr Bappy.

4. Colin Heals The World

First Broadcast: Tue 3rd October 1995

New recruit Colin's ethics are put to the test when he unwittingly takes on a prostitute as a new client and she offers to meet her bills with payment in kind. Meanwhile, senior partner Stella is facing bankruptcy.

5. Infatuation

First Broadcast: Tue 10th October 1995

Office relations become strained in a competition to win the affections of a visiting law student, while Bob's hopes of snaring the sandwich girl are bolstered when he learns that she has split up with her boyfriend.

6. Bob Breaks In

First Broadcast: Tue 17th October 1995

Dick puts the company's reputation on the line when he secretly borrows 34,000 pounds from a wealthy client. Meanwhile, Bob dices with death breaking into his house after his wife changes the locks.

7. Resignation

First Broadcast: Tue 24th October 1995

Stella's career prospects take a turn for the better, but can Colin keep her plans a secret? Meanwhile, Bob makes a last-ditch attempt to seduce the sandwich girl - by using a tape of his favourite recipes, poems and National Trust properties.

Series 2 (1996)

1. Solicitors In Love

First Broadcast: Thu 24th October 1996

Salary review time puts senior partner Stella in a good mood - until Colin manages to get himself arrested, Bob falls into a lovesick depression, and Stella's new gentleman friend doesn't make his promised phone call.

2. Hounslow F.M.

First Broadcast: Thu 31st October 1996

The partners are squabbling over who should give legal advice to their local radio station - the only one in the country with more DJs than listeners. Virgin Radio star Jonathan Coleman plays the role of disc jockey Tony Parks.

3. Alison Gets Laid

First Broadcast: Thu 7th November 1996

A hate campaign heightens Stella's paranoia, while Bob encourages Alison to sleep with Sarah's new boyfriend.

4. Darren's Revenge

First Broadcast: Thu 14th November 1996

Darren decides to exact his revenge when a secret computer file reveals that there are plans afoot to sack him.

5. Dick In Court

First Broadcast: Thu 21st November 1996

Stella has to play Miss Whiplash again by forcing lazy senior partner Dick to handle one of her court cases and by confiscating Colin's pet dog Tucker.

6. Office Party

First Broadcast: Thu 28th November 1996

Will Dick find out why everyone is avoiding eye contact the morning after the office party?

7. Indecision

First Broadcast: Thu 5th December 1996

The last of the series has all the hallmarks of an 'LA Law' episode, including takeover bids, scandalous office love scenes, moral dilemmas and dramatic cliffhangers - all set against the glamorous backdrop of Hounslow.

Series 3 (1998)

1. A Question Of Pants

First Broadcast: Wed 28th October 1998

Dick has taken early retirement, and Bob feels somewhat hard done by when Colin gets the newly-vacated, luxury private office. Stella decides to usher in the new era by asking the staff for their thoughts of office life...

2. Polishing The Mouse

First Broadcast: Wed 4th November 1998

It's 20 years since Stella joined the firm, and Darren has his own special way to celebrate! Bob has his own secrets to hide.

3. Big Desk Bob

First Broadcast: Wed 11th November 1998

Bob inherits a large desk from his hero - an uncle from Coventry. Colin, meanwhile, is struggling to keep the dirty secret onto which he stumbled. Unfortunately, it's not something he's ever been good at...

4. Glad To Be Colin

First Broadcast: Wed 18th November 1998

Bob and Stella's relationship is up and down; Sarah's surprise arrival at the office certainly doesn't help matters. Colin, meanwhile, is struggling with his sexuality, and Alison is threatening to quit.

5. New Bloke

First Broadcast: Wed 25th November 1998

Stella hires in a freelance solicitor on short-term contract to help them get through a backlog of work. Unfortunately, all he does is cause friction in the office - Darren decides to change his name, Colin rediscovers his Scottish roots, and Stella feels undermined.

6. Someone Is Lying

First Broadcast: Wed 2nd December 1998

Colin invites everyone from the office to his home for a small party, and is distraught when money saved for his dog, Tucker, disappears. But who is the culprit? Whose guilt is overcoming them?

7. "1979"

First Broadcast: Wed 9th December 1998

When searching for some correspondence, Darren, Alison and Bob stumble across a letter from Colin's father addressed to Stella, suggesting an illicit affair. Colin is distraught when he finds out, Bob is wracked with jealousy, and Darren gets incredibly wet!
