Michelle and her friends are living through their twenties as bravely as they dare.

On a mission to gain life experience before reaching the age of responsibility, Michelle hosts a Wild West themed threesome, Grant rides a cow through the city centre, Chris goes backpacking around his own neighbourhood, and Alex plays at ghostbusting with Michelle's friend Jenny.

Grownups is returning for another series next year. Season three will continue to see the single Manchester twenty-somethings on a headlong rush to explore sex, identity and friendship before they hit thirty. Even the discovery that Chris is a father doesn't slow them down.

Our Review: The target audience of this sitcom are no doubt big fans of the show - however, in our opinion, Grownups is as far, far away from being able to be called a good sitcom as is possible. Wooden setups and weak jokes - we thought low-brow 'comedy by the numbers' sitcoms had been killed off years ago.

We're not alone in hating it - see our forum for many negative reviews. It should be noted there are a couple of people on our message board defending Grownups though.
