An industrial warehouse in Newcastle has been converted into a modern art gallery. The local council policy demands that the employees be recruited from the 'mature' end of the spectrum, so the place is filled with people with lots of life experience, wisdom and knowledge but not necessarily in the field of modern art - much to the frustration of the chief executive.
