That Band

A sitcom project which is currently in development...

Sitcom starring ex-soap stars Bruce Jones (Corrie), Scott Wright (Corrie), Lee Otway (Hollyoaks, Peter Amory (Emmerdale) and Suzanne Collins (Brookside).

The comedy follows Overdrive - an X Factor-style boyband made up of highly-sexed but useless singers who fail in a TV talent contest. The producers describe it as "like Skins meets Phoenix Nights."

Production company So Television have filmed a pilot and are looking to get the show picked up by either Sky One or E4.
