You never know what's in sausages - could be minced up mice.I've just had sliced silverside in a sauce of tinned tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic,Tabasco, Worcestershire, wine vinegar and brown sugar, plus corn, broccoli and roast potatoes.

depends on the sausage, the top quality that I suspect Ben preffers you know what you're getting.

Especially a fan of Boerworrs, proper British breakfast sausage or beefy ones.

Chorizzo is nice but it needs to be cooked properly or it's much to chewy. Traditionally I believe it was a way of concealing tough donkey meat with chillis.

Just had some liver and bacon. Not had that in AGES! So nice.
