Shows like The IT Crowd and The Inbetweeners

I'm looking for a shows that are similar to the ones mentioned above. I've seen a lot of British citrons, but these were my favourites, including Bad Education. Any suggestions?

Black Books, if you haven't seen it. The writer of The IT Crowd co-wrote it. There is a similar type of humour.

Look Around You and 15 Storeys High

Drifters and Plebs.

I have literally no idea what this means.

Unless you're referring to the fruit?

Or a Citroën? But they're French.

I think it's a typo, shaggy. :)

How about Man Down and How Not To Live Your Life?

I assume 'citrons' is auto-correct for 'sitcoms'.

Man Down, Black Books, Father Ted, Count Arthur Strong, The Young Ones.

If you like British citrons, have you tried Keith Lemon?

Does anyone actually find him amusing?

Another suggestion is 'To The Manor Born'.

Yes.

Really? Truly?

Absolutely. Often screaming laugh-out-loud hilarious.

Anyway, back on topic.

For The IT Crowd, I suggest Black Books, Father Ted and Game-On.

For The Inbetweeners, I suggest Plebs, Friday Night Dinner and Bad Education.

about as much as having the juice of said fruit squirted in your eyes

Another suggestion is 'To The Manor Born'.

Back to the OP, in a vein similar to the IT Crowd as well as Black Books and Ted I definitely recommend Toast of London, starring and co-written by Matt Berry (Douglas Reynholm in the IT Crowd).

As you like Inbetweeners you might like the underrated BBC sitcom How Not To Live Your Life, woefully overlooked C4 gem (and only one series) Plus One and the ever great Peep Show

Funny how you seem to see these two sitcoms quite similar. I've seen all episodes of IT Crowd and though it was fantastic, but not a big fan of Inbetweeners.

Anyway Black Books is good.
