They had to rejig the order after Dave Grohl broke his leg, and Foo Fighters pulled out. Originally, Foo Fighters were headlining, with Motörhead on just before, and Florence before them - so still would have been the same odd transition.

Looking at your schedule, looks like there's a surprise act on before Florence?

You think that's wrong?

Bloody Kanye West is headlining tomorrow!

Surprise act - Libertines! On now.

Lemmy doesn't look too good to me. He's shockingly thin...is he terminally ill? His teeth look better than ever though.

Zibra are playing at some point. They're one of my favourite new bands.

Hot Chip were fab, well worth catching on iPlayer.

Generally, I can't stand the coverage of Glastonbury, mainly because the broadcast sound quality is so unsympathetic to the bands. Typical of this would be Friday's coverage of Caribou, who were presented in such a way that they just sounded like they couldn't be bothered, plus with terrible vocals and lacklustre songs.

Unless of course it's not the production, and they really are that bad live.

Normally I'm not a big world music fan but I liked the Brazillian chap (does anyone know his name?) with his slightly jazzy sound...and his beautiful female background singer.

Again, I was a bit shocked (or: shöcked) by the state of Lemmy.

Yeah, I caught a bit of him too. Thought I'd mention him to my son who likes funky jazzy stuff.

Sunday's line-up looks way way better than Saturday's.

First discovery of the weekend - Giant Sand, alt country.

One of the smallest crowds I've ever seen at Glasto, more like a "gathering". Bet they would have got a big, appreciative crowd at Da Butt's festival.

Well he is over 70. Did you see the Lemmy film on BBC4?

Ha! Just seen our local storyteller and poet John Row in the Kidz Field. Know him quite well as he used to come to the gigs my band used to do in East Anglia.
