I have no children and it's one of my favourite programmes.
Milton Keynes. City of dreams.

Outnumbered is presumably funny if you've got small children. If not it's nauseatingly twee.
I don't have children. Outnumbered is laugh-out-loud hilarious.

Ditto that procreation is not an essential requirement of admiring great comedy.
Don't see how anyone could describe it as twee.

I have four children does that mean I find it four times as funny. Tragically I often view it as a documentary.

Does anyone recall a comedy called Can You Feel The Force, which was on the BBC (Beeb Two, I think) and was about two policewomen-one of them played by one of the actresses from Green Wing.
I recall watching it in disbelief that something of such poor standard had been commissioned.

Feel The Force. A shocking female rip-off of The Detectives.

Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps was cobblers. Ditto The Thin Blue Line and shed loads of others.
Mind you, I used to like Brush Strokes when I was a nipper.
It made my day when Karl Howman walked into my local chippy a few years back and ordered a saveloy.
The worst comedy ever though has to be Little Britain. A total pile of over-rated arse biscuits that just ripped off the League of Gentlemen among others.

I came late to it, and my first reaction to these later series was the same as yours. But when I finally got around to seeing the first series, I really 'got it.'
Never use a self-referential signature, like this one.

Ten years may be an underestimation, thirty would be closer to the mark.

Ah, so Mark Gatiss ripped off the League of Gentlemen, then.
Seriously. It was still shit.
