Can you tell me?

I'm searching for a new British comedy series to devour. I really enjoyed Peep Show and Pulling, can you recommend something in the same vein?

Thanks mateys :)

The Thick Of It shares some of Peep Show's writers so that's a good place to start.

The Smoking Room was good too.

Ideal perhaps.

And if you liked Peep Show, try Mitchell and Webb's sketch show.

The Inbetweeners?

And hello (that's not an obscure sitcom, just a welcome, Wren)

It depends what else you've seen.

You may like Nighty Night, IT Crowd or Time Gentlemen Please. Just hapen to be the last 3 sitcoms I bought on DVD.

Oh no - the other one was Love Soup which was quite "clever".

I'm sure you will like my sitcom when it is released on DVD.

Sorry let me just amend that..
I'm sure you will like my sitcom when it is aired on TV.

Third time lucky...
I'm sure you will like my sitcom when it gets filmed.

Ooops wrong again...
I'm sure you will like my sitcom when I get round to submitting the script.

My mistake....
I'm sure you will like my sitcom when I write it.

I'll get this right in a minute won't i?
I'm sure you will like my sitcom when I think of something funny to write.

Hold on,one more go at it...
I recommend "Last of the summer fools and horses porridge you being served coz it ain' half red dwarf hot mum".

Any Alan Partridge.

I suspect this thread is dead now, but last night I watched the first two episodes of Marc Wooton's "La La Land" (OK it's American made, but I'm pretty sure you'll not grumble), and heartily recommend it.

Thanks everyone, I've taken all your suggestions and watching up a storm! I really like what I've seen so far, CHEERS GUYS! :)

And don't forget Nathan Barley.
