Doctor Who... Page 1,097

another decent episode continuing on from last week. OK but not brilliant but still, the last two episodes are a marked improvement from the rest of the series thus far.

when was the last time there was a Two-part episode, it seems like zonks. there's no doubt that the show does suffer having to open and close a story within the 45 plus window, every single week.

I'm not sure some of the extended episodes have felt stretched and Old Who was full of dead air.

That said I wouldn't mind seeing another Family of Blood.

That was not terrible.

Bloody hell a good old skool episode, great story, great characters, great big bad and clever believable solution.

You think the solution was clever and believable?

I thought it was a bit of a "and with one bound" - or did I miss something?

Well the final bit was, but I thought the bit with the graffiti door was rather clever

Aye, when did the sonic screwdriver become a dis-integrator ?

But otherwise a good episode I thought.

Though more of a "Doctor Clara" than a "Doctor Who".

Don't know if this floats anyone's boat...

I've been reading this, it's very good if obviously rather simplified.
Quite an interesting topic, how the time war actually worked something the TV series actually dodged.

'how the latest incarnation of Doctor Who went from script to screen, cementing its place as 'must-see' Saturday night family viewing.'

Moffat really is a despicable prick. Dr. Who had been 'must see Saturday Family viewing' for 20 years before he turned up to cash his cheques. No doubt he worked similar magic on the Sherlock Holmes stories.

We should go.
I'll bring the rotten fruit....

you know John Barrowman?

A question mark might help people see the joke, Sooty.

As much as I hate Moffat, if he was speaking in my back garden I'd draw the curtains.

Go on Godot since my shift key froze I only use them for people I really care about

I was pretty damn drunk when I watched last weeks, so couldn't concentrate on it too much. Seemed ok though. A bit RTD again and had a few shades of 'Survival' for me what with them being in some sleepy little suburb with all sorts of trouble around them.
